Performance Mapping & KPI Framework
We will assess and define what success looks like by:
- Developing a comprehensive KPI framework directly linked to strategic objectives.
- Setting measurable targets, thresholds, and data collection mechanisms.
At this stage, you can expect the development of your full performance dashboard and KPI architecture, including:
- A strategy map visualizing cause-and-effect relationships between objectives.
- A tiered KPI structure, covering:
- Strategic KPIs (Executive/Board level)
- Operational KPIs (Department level)
- Individual Scorecards / KPAs (Employee level)
We will also ensure that:
- Each strategic objective is clearly linked to measurable KPIs at the strategic, operational, and individual levels.
- KPIs are both SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and CLEAR (Comprehensible, Linked, Evaluated, Agreed, Rewarded).
- Baselines and performance targets are established for all KPIs.
- Dashboards and scorecards are designed to clearly visualize performance across all levels.
- KPIs are aligned with incentives and recognition systems, in accordance with existing policies and performance frameworks.
