Diagnostic Assessment – Client Context Assessment

This phase focuses on evaluating the client’s organization-wide maturity in strategy and performance management. It will deliver:

• Diagnostic report outlining the current state, key gaps, and recommended actions.
• A maturity assessment (e.g., Basic, Developing, Advanced).
• A roadmap for establishing and strengthening an effective Balanced Scorecard (BSC) program.

In addition, we will assess capability gaps related to strategic alignment, including:

• Strategy readiness
• Stakeholder analysis to define value propositions and expectations
• Organizational culture and change management readiness

This stage will help determine where to begin by:

• Assessing how well performance management principles are understood and applied.
• Reviewing existing strategic plans, reports, and KPIs to identify gaps.
• Interviewing executives and key stakeholders to uncover pain points, priorities, and constraints.
• Evaluating organizational culture and readiness for change.
• Delivering a comprehensive gap analysis report, outlining the current situation versus the desired future state.
