Governance and Cascade Framework
In this stage, we focus on embedding accountability, ownership, and performance discipline across all organizational levels. The aim is to ensure:
- Clear governance structures for performance review, decision-making, and oversight.
- Effective cascading of objectives and KPIs from the corporate level to departments, teams, and individuals.
- A structured accountability framework that promotes transparency, alignment, and bottom-up performance improvement.
To achieve this, we will;
- Establish the Performance Management Office (PMO) or designate performance owners responsible for coordination, reporting, and governance.
- Cascade scorecards systematically—from corporate → business units → departments → teams → individuals—to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of expectations.
- Set up formal reporting lines and schedule periodic performance revie forums (monthly, quarterly, annual) to reinforce execution discipline.
- Develop a RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) to clarify roles and ensure accountability across the performance management process.
- Introduce feedback loops that encourage bottom-up insights, innovation, and continuous improvement.
